Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all LOVALL tags are still attached and the items are in original condition.

  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
